Service Description
School workshops are designed in partnership with schools to complement existing wellbeing and university counseling programs. Drawing on two decades of international school counseling experience, these sessions provide students, teachers, or community members with practical tools for understanding themselves while preparing for important academic and personal transitions. Workshops may focus on: - Authentic storytelling for university applications. - Identity and belonging in international school communities. - Building resilience through narrative reflection. - Transitioning from secondary school to university. - Reflective writing as a tool for wellbeing and self-awareness. Each workshop is interactive, developmentally appropriate, and adaptable to the unique culture and needs of the school community, equipping individuals with both practical skills and a deeper understanding of themselves. School-Based Workshops begin with a minimum of a one-day bundle that includes 8 hours of service that can be focused on students, advisors, parents or a combination of stakeholders.
