Service Description
The small group setting creates opportunities for meaningful conversation, shared experience, and the realization that many transitions are both personal and universal. Small group workshops bring together individuals experiencing similar transitions or challenges. Through guided discussion, reflective writing, and collaborative activities, participants explore themes of identity, belonging, resilience, and personal narrative. Topics can be tailored to the needs of the group and may include storytelling for university applications, navigating cultural transitions, finding personal voice, or preparing for life beyond secondary school. Small group workshops are offered in six-session bundles and will run with a minimum of four students.
